Sharon Idahosa is a communication strategist, business development consultant, and founder of Let’s Talk Agriculture, a leading media and communications firm focused on transforming how agricultural brands communicate and grow. With a deep commitment to Africa’s agriculture sector, she supports agribusinesses, NGOs, and development organizations through strategic communication, brand storytelling, podcasting, and capacity-building services.

She is also the founder of the LIFEX Agriculture Initiative, a nonprofit launched during the COVID-19 pandemic to empower women and youth in agriculture through education, sustainable farming practices, and digital inclusion.

Sharon hosts the Let’s Talk Agriculture Podcast, where she highlights innovations, challenges, and opportunities within the sector, and amplifies voices shaping Africa’s food systems.
